WHAT YOU NEED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AS A BMW OWNER
If you have purchased or leased a BMW from BMW of West Springfield, you get all the benefits included in the BMW service and maintenance program as indicated in your vehicle manual. Depending on the model and make of your BMW, you can take advantage of an exclusive maintenance coverage provided for you by your BMW dealership.
If you bought or leased a 2017 BMW or a newer model from BMW of West Springfield, your vehicle comes with the standard BMW Ultimate Care package that provides coverage within three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.
If your BMW is a 2015 or 2016 model bought or leased from BMW of West Springfield center on or before July 1 of 2014, BMW offers you its standard BMW Maintenance Program that allows coverage within four years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.
WHAT COMES WITH THE BMW MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
As a BMW owner entitled to BMW’s service and maintenance packages, you get coverage within the allowed period outlined in your maintenance manual.
Your coverage includes maintenance and auto repairs from expert service consultants and mechanics from your local BMW service center. Anytime you need repairs or check-ups, you can bring your BMW for a vehicle check and periodic oil change service. You can also have your engine filter, brake fluid, engine oil, cabin microfilters, engine air filters, spark plugs, remote control or key battery, and fuel filter (if you have a Diesel engine) checked and maintained.
These services cover factory recommended maintenance as indicated in your BMW’s service and warranty information booklet. Any items not covered by your original New Vehicle Limited, including brake pads, wiper blade inserts, and brake rotors, will be covered if the wear and tear exceed the wear limits set by BMW.
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED
Your BMW Maintenance Program does not cover your vehicle safety inspection and emission test, oxygen sensor replacements, gasoline and Diesel fuel including additives, Diesel glow plugs, gasoline engine fuel filter, Diesel particulate filters, DMTL and NVLD system filters, tires and wheels, or rims, and parking brake shoes or linings. There are many other exclusions as specified in the maintenance coverage manual.
